I use benefiber everyday in my water. it is flavorless. On days when I get a little backed up I use Miralax. It works great without any cramping.

    Leave Recovery Time After Surgery

I would say take at least 1 month off to recover and get off liquids and on soft foods. You don’t really want to go back while you’re on liquids and your body is still adjusting and your incisions are still healing.

    Anxious and nervous

Hello, Agree walk walk walk to get that gas out after surgery, I was able to start walking 2 hours after surgery. I never experience any pain with my sleeve or incisions; it was more of the gas discomfort

Having the Sleeve with bad knees

Weight loss will definently help your knees out but with all the protein intake you must watch out for GOUT.... I had it in my knees and ankles 2 months out.

  21. Hello my fellow sleevers, I was doing so good finally with my water & protein intake and now i developed gout in both my feet, It seems like my protein intake is the cause of this, Which leads me to my next question what should I consume on a daily basis. I'm currently 2 1/2 months out of surgery and im doing great 95 lbs down since pre op. Bariatric doc has me on 90 grams of protein and im limited to 40-50 carbs daily.... But now that i'm fighting gout i started eating fruits to fight my uric acid but fruits = carbs...... not sure how to beat it or what diet to follow. Any suggestions ???
  22. Thanks for the feedback everyone, still struggling with gout and protein intake, I need to get it together lol
  23. i tend to go all liquids a few days a week which is usually when i drop the most lbs, usually i just drink my premier protein but i think thats what was causing my flare ups.
  24. Thanks, yeah i dropped myself down to 60g a day and im eating fruit as well to fight the gout, I really didnt want to take in no sugars but i have to take care of this gout first.
