  1. So are any of you 30's folks single? I live in NYC was just recently banded on 4/14. Doing OK just feel as though I have lost a part of my social life. I don't feel comfortable eating out (and not eating) so I've been sort of shut in. I work and that takes a lot out of me, getting to and from work (3 subways) and I am sleepy a lot these days. Simply "run out of gas". I'm looking for people to talk to about these things because I live alone and I think my mom's tired of hearing it.
  2. Hi Everyone. I was banded on April 14th and am interested in getting a support group/get together moving in Brooklyn. I'm 34 single and feel as though some of the changes in my life would be better if I had someone to talk to them about (other than therapist, parent cat). So if anyone is interested let me know and maybe we'll get something going.
  3. My doctor told me this might happen as a result of diaphram (sp?) pain and that because there are no nerves your brain gets confused and sends pain to your shoulder. Don't panic take the pain meds and walk.
