Hi all, I had surgery 12/17. I lost 20 lbs 12/17-12/26. Since the 26th, I have lost absolutely nothing. I'm following everything, just moving from pureed foods, walking, drinking fluids. Is this normal? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using BariatricPal mobile app

I am having this exact issue right now! I'm 2 weeks post-op. Week 1 I lost 20 lbs and things went fine. Week 2 I'm at a standstill, my face is covered in acne, I'm breaking out behind my ears and going down my neck to my back. I also broke out where any medical tape was. Please tell me this gets better, I dont even want to leave the house!

Hi all, I'm having VGS on 12/17/18 and have started the pre-op diet. I'm really struggling because I just don't like many vegetables. I can have 2 slim fast shakes, 2 premier protein drinks, 1 jello or popsicle, and 1 lean and green meal (3oz chicken or turkey and 1 cup cooked or 2 cups raw veggies). Does anyone have any suggestions for the lean and green meal? This is making me not want to eat at all! As far as veggies, I'm open to trying new things in new ways but, really have just been eating lettuce and cucumbers.
