    I’ve maybe lost a pant size and I can tell some difference but I kinda thought 45 lbs is a big deal I should see something different. Thanks for your response and congratulations on your loss! Keep up the good work!

    Hello all I’m fairly new here had gastric sleeve surgery on 12/18/18. So far I’ve lost 45 pounds but even when I look at side by side pictures I don’t see a difference. Is this normal since we are so hard on ourselves or am I just expecting too much too soon?
