  1. I was banded on 3/21/07. My pre surgery weight was 242 and I m now 206. I am not losing weight regularly. I work out 6 days a week (2 days with a trainer) I think im eating what im suppose to. Yet im not losing regularly. I keep reading all these blogs that people are losing regularly. I go to my dr once a month and my weight just stays the same. Is anybody out there going through the same thing. Or can anyone give me some tips on eating. PLEASE HELP :blushing: Kristie:wub:

    Wow I feel the pain. I was banded on 3/21/07. I work out 5 days a week and 2 with a trainer. I was really focused the 1 st year but I really didnt lose. so feeling discourage im back to old habits like eating ice cream and junk food. I worked really hard at first but got absolutly no results. Im trying to get focused again but it is truely hard when there are not a lot of benefits
