Wow. I had my surgery back in..you guessed it, May 2005. I have lost 60 pounds and remain 35 pounds away from goal. I have not been the most obedient Bander, but I am considering following the rules a little better to get back on track. I rarely eat, eat too fast when I do...struggle to drink even a sip of water in a day, never exercise and can't stop coffee and cream puffs.
