  1. I am in the early stages of pre-op but I will will be most certainly keeping WLS private as much as possible. It will be on a needs to know basis only and that wouldn't be too many for me.
  2. Occasionally I will have a smooth tea, it is a laxative tea, works well for me.
  3. My condolences, its a tough time for sure. For emotional eating I find it best if I find ways to keep me occupied other than eating. Going for walks, catching up with a friend or family member over the phone, etc. If you are inclined knitting or crocheting (or some other crafts) are good ways to keep both hands and mind occupied.
