  7. I would say that’s normal. I had some muscle pain when reaching up. I would think your body needs time to heal as a whole!! however just let your surgeon know. Just to make sure all is well!!
  8. As most have said. Everyone is different. However I had no pain, just sore and uncomfortable. From 1-10 my pain was about a 2/3 if that.
  9. I wanted to know if anyone could suggest some good yogurts? All the ones I’ve looked at are just way to high in sugar.
