Everyone is doing great. My 1 year will be 10/26/2019. My weight loss has slowed down but that is because of me and stress. My doctor's goal is 140, my goal is 130. Best to all of you!

Things are getting better. Food allergies have been a challenge. Can't tolerate any type of milk protein or anything with a milky texture. Very sensitive to smells and have some aches and pains. I'm a little worried about some of what I've been feeling. Have several doctor's appointments lined up this week. Hope they can resolve my problem without a hospital stay.

Screaming SOS .... when the heck will I feel better. I'm getting really depressed. I did this so that I can do things with my grandchildren, For the past 5 weeks I've been sick as a dog therefore not able to spend any time with them ... FRUSTRATED. Why the hell did I do this to myself????

I need help. I had my surgery 10/26 .. . on soft foods but everything including water makes me feel like I'm choking. Burping alot. One of my friends told me that I am losing weight to fast and that it is all mental. Mind you this is a skinny friend who has never had a weight problem in her life. I've decided to cut her off for a while because I don't need the negativity!!! I'm also struggling with constipation ... I've tried everything and can't go. I'm going back to the doctor tomorrow. I've been losing a pound a day and have lost over 30 pounds since surgery. Any suggestions?
