    The nutritionist told me sometimes ppl have issues with getting in everything you need during the first month and forget vitamins and such. So she recommended them for the 1st month.

    Hello all! I have been lurking on these forums for a while. I just got the approval call for my vsg surgery today!! I have the surgery on 9/17!! I'm so excited! I have a question though. Would yall mind sharing what brand vitamins you buy? Where from? I have the patches for the first 30 days but am not planning on using them any longer than that. Thanks in advance! I'm excited to join yall on the losers bench
