    I had gastric sleeve in June. I am having difficulties coping with my stress and anxiety. I always have been stressed and anxious but I used to binge to deal with it. I have gone to therapists,but they have not been helpful with tips in dealing with the emotions while trying to reduce them. Any suggestions? Sent from my SM-G920V using BariatricPal mobile app
