Lizzieming got a reaction from Frustr8 in Just got approval!! Any October sleevers out there?I’m scheduled for October 2nd! That day cannot get here soon enough! After having started with another practice and having a surgery date of 7/24 only to find out that that practice did not verify my insurance properly. Two weeks before the surgery, they called to tell me that BCBS will only cover the surgery in a “center of distinction” and their hospital was not one of those - shouldn’t they have known that? Had to start with a whole new practice- luckily I found an amazing doctor and only had to redo one visit with nutritionist and the preop meeting next week.
