Way to go!! I have lost 21 since surgery. I had a bit of a stall when I went to pureed foods. I think I had lost a lot of muscle weight during the pre-op liquid and post op. I went back to work on the 9th, so my activity level increased about 500%. I was having a hard time getting in protein, but doing better now. Staying hydrated is a little hard. At work, I keep a small bottle with me that is a mixture of Powerade Zero, water, and ice. All my work clothes are too big now. Lol. [emoji176] [emoji176] [emoji176]

I was on clear liquids for a week. Now I am on full liquids. I had a little cream of chicken soup (strained) today. My program is pretty strict. [emoji176] [emoji176] [emoji176]

I just had surgery on the 26th. Ever since everything has had a metallic taste to it. I don't know if it was the hospital silverware or what. And it's like my sense of smell has suddenly became heightened. Is this normal? Sent from my Moto E (4) using BariatricPal mobile app
