  1. I use MyFitnessPal as well I just adjusted my goals to match what I needed in a day. I find it's the most well rounded of all the tracking apps out there, I have tried alot of them.
  2. Have to do a pre-op liquid diet anyone have any suggestions out there?
  3. I feel bad for anyone who has to do a extensive liquid diet before their suurgey. I have to do a 3 day liquid for my August 3rd date.
