    Pre op ---I'm so scared of my next appointment my next weigh in is on July 25. I had my last one on June 13 and I have only lost 2 pounds but it keeps fluctuating. I am following the dietary guidelines and walking alot. I'm so afraid of what my nutritionist is going to say.
