  1. Thanks ladies! Slow and steady, I’ll get there. I had my 6 month check up, I’m at 166. My surgeons “goal weight” for me is 140 (I’ll be happy at 150 but don’t mind going lower) that will put my BMI at 25. I cant wait to finally have a summer that I’m not miserable!
  2. You all have lost more than I have, you’re doing awesome! I had surgery on July 23rd, I started at 226 and now I’m 173. I’m hoping to get down to 150.
  3. I had RNY and definitely have restriction. When I’m full I get hiccups, and if I eat too much I get nauseated.
  4. Wow, you guys are doing awesome! I’m only down 42 pounds. I have 3 pounds to go until I hit my next goal of hitting the 170’s. So far, I haven’t had issues with water. Def a question to ask surgeon. My surgery was July 23rd.
  5. I had RNY and didn’t have a drain. Just 5 little slits that healed quickly.
  6. I’m scheduled for the 23rd.
  7. I could only lose 2 lbs from my starting weight prior to being approved, otherwise I’d be disqualified. Since being approved, I’ve lost 7lbs and my surgery is on Monday (7/23)
