  1. I stick with my protein shake every morning for breakfast. I also add a half of light and fit yogurt along with a scoop of genepro protein. That way I am guaranteed to get at least 64 grams of protein to start the day. The thought of food just doesn't interest me anymore, so this is my go to item for now.
  2. You're welcome. I am not sure any of it will help, but I really don't want to lose my hair so I am trying to take all of this for prevention!!
  3. Thank you!. I think not enough protein is definitely my problem. That is my focus starting tomorrow!
  4. I am also around week 4. I can barely get in 300 calories a day. I feel full all the time and still have no desire to eat or drink anything. I have stalled about the last 10 days. Very discouraging but trying to focus on non scale victories. I typically have a protein shake with around 2 ounces of yogurts for breakfast. I try to have lunch but that rarely happens. So dinner is usually 2 sugar free popsicles and maybe a 1/2 cup of cream soup. I feel like I should be eating more and losing more. Taking it day by day. Hope something happens soon.
  5. I have heard the same thing as well. I am 4 weeks post op. I am currently using Biotin shampoo, using Biotin vitamin patches and taking a Biotin melt by mouth each morning.
  6. I am 4 weeks out and take in approximately 200-300 calories a day. 300 is a big day. I am at a stall already. Haven't lost in about 10 days. Very discouraging. I am trying to celebrate non-scale victories, but I want to see the pounds too.
