I was the same way still am, I love everything cold, I use to eat sugar free ice pops a lot and now I love the new body amor drinks but I like the lites, they taste great and not too sweet

Hi Mike, thank you! I’m feeling great about how I look but due to my breakup from the man I was with for 7 years has me still emotional. I had to let him go due to him threatening to kill me and bury me in my backyard. It was a real relationship to me but I know now he was a con-artist. So rough but I need to move forward lena

How are you feeling since the surgery? We are not far I’m in Clayton like 35 mins from Raleigh....what dr did you use for surgery....where in NY did you live, I grew up in Jackson Heights Queens, Astoria and Lindenhurst & Valley Stream Long Island

I’m in the same situation I’m post op 10 months, I had my surgery May 30th and I have lost 70lbs, my issue is I’m struggling with my boyfriend and losing a good friend of mine suddenly to a uti that went septic...I’m hoping to hang in and not start gaining....good luck to you and what I keep telling myself is we did this for out]r health don’t turn back lena

I’m in NC and my office girls were terrible, they were so bad I told the doctor and he was very annoyed and had them call me with an apology -
Yes it is very common, I had 1 hernia time of surgery then developed one 4 months later when I started losing a lot of weight...
