  5. Hi Faith73, So glad you’re doing well and not needing the pain meds. I’m still needing pain meds off and on. But I think that is mainly from where they removed my gallbladder. Today I had a little trouble getting fluids to stay down. I wasn’t nauseous or in any pain. It was strange...it just wouldn’t go all the way down and like made a u turn. Still focusing on walking and rest though. Hopefully fluids will start staying down a little later. Good luck to you! I hope the pain keeps staying away for you!

  9. I had bypass on the 2nd as well. They also repaired a hernia and removed my gallbladder at the same time. Gas was rough at first, but seems to be almost gone now. ( love my Gas X) Taking my pain med as a crushed pill is so hard. Any suggestions on a better way to get it down??
  10. Mine was on July 2nd. Came home on the 4th.
