  1. Hello all I'm new here. I was just sleeved on 10/04. So far I am doing okay. I have a lot of gas pain and am a bit sore. My surgeon wants us to drink 1-1.5 bottles of clear isopure a day and I can't even choke that stuff down without wanting to throw up. What else can I drink to get my protein in? Sent from my SM-N950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app

  3. I am on day 3 and it is so hard. The protein shakes make me want to throw up. I can barely even stand them. I have eaten a few things, my dr. said I could eat a salad or veggies at night if I am really hungry. Yesterday I got home and was RAVENOUS. I ate crackers and peanut butter and my veggies. I felt bad but also satiated. I am not making excuses, but saying that we are all human. With that said I am trying to be better about it today! Good luck, you got this!
