    At 3 months I started going to the gym and doing mild exercises along with my walking and swimming. At 4 months I was approved to start weight training. I now go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week.

    I use Bariatric Advantage Multi Chewy Bites and Calcium Chewy Bites. They come in different flavors too.

    I just had my 6 month check up and I am down 60 pounds! My metabolic age went from 69 to 47. (My real age is 55) I went from size 20 to 10 & I feel fantastic!! Best life change ever....I'm hooked on going to the gym now [emoji123] [emoji97]

    I started my journey (rebirthday) on Jan. 17th. Best thing I ever did! I'm 55 , 5' 3" & started at 220. (209 day of surgery ) ....I am at 157 today and my goal is 140....I see the light Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using BariatricPal mobile app
