  1. I think the gas is the worst part. My husband had to burp me like a baby and massage my back and shoulders. Walking helped a lot. It takes a while to get over it. I hope you feel better soon. Sent from my Z955L using BariatricPal mobile app

  3. I am 11 days post op after gastric sleeve. I am experiencing lots of heartburn. I am taking 2 Nexiums a day for heart burn. Has anyone experienced really bad heartburn after gastric sleeve? How long is this going to last?
  4. I had my surgery around the same time. The nurses would always encourage me to get up and go walking. They said it would help with the pains from the gas. It's going to be hard try to get up and move as much as you can. Sent from my Z955L using BariatricPal mobile app
