  1. Anyone know a good clock app so keep track of my 6 times a day to eat/drink? Also a move app would be helpful as well. I know, sounds dumb. [emoji29]
  2. That's what I thought, morphine makes me hallucinate,[emoji43]. Hopefully that can send me home with something else just as good an toradol has no effect. I have 2 surgery in the last 5 years. Back and a colostomy. Fingers crossed.

  7. I just finished all my post op requirements. All except I was told I needed to lose 6lbs. I'm down 4lbs. I'm 5'4 256lbs. Seems strange to me I have to lose weight in order to lose weight! Anyone else in my shoes... So close. Sent from my LG-LS777 using BariatricPal mobile app

  13. Yes. I was told not to lift over ten pounds... But everyone say something different about returning to work. I'm getting the sleeve. My doctor said I can so a haircut after about a week but that was when I just did about a cut per week..since then I've gone back to work 3 days a week 8 hours a day.
