  1. Will do, I’m going easy on them and not pushing to the extreme. It’s weights exercise burning fat and not muscle building. I also decided to chill down on my activity and go 3-4 days a week instead of 5
  2. I'm now back to work and have been experiencing things differently. I'm a little tired considering what I my day was like compared to now. (Maybe I'm in the adjustment phase) I used to eat often, lunch and delivery is a must also snacks between time to time. Now I'm here with my water bottles and my optifast chocolate shake. My energy is not like before, but this wont be for long. Maybe because I am going to the gym after work daily for like 2 hours, swimming, weights, cardio, etc.. I wake up exhausted. Also a question that I have, as I've done my sleeve surgery on 10th of June, when do I start loosing weight?! I don't feel it yet, I don't see that I've list enough. Day of surgery I was around 154 KG and now I'm 147.8 KG, but still I was expecting more! Any feedback here?
  3. I’ve been keeping up with my gym routine with 2 days off per week I go to the gym, 10 mins treadmill then I go to the weights and I do small weights and selected devices then I go back to the treadmill for 30 mins then I do me some swimming for 30 mins and finally some cold jacuzzi and I’m out and back home I’m also working 9 hours per day I seem fine so far with no issues, changing my lifestyle. I’m on my soft food stage, eating fish and crabs now! I did try green ice tea which had 7% sugar once but overall I think I’m fine The incisions are small and they’ve recovered from the outer skin completely and not sure if anything remains still internally but I feel nothing wrong
  4. My doctor didn't require a pre-op diet. I visited him 2-3 weeks before the surgery. I asked about the pre-op diet and he said it's not necessary
  5. I’d like to thank all of you for your feedback and support. Means a lot. I’m getting better now day by day and need to start exercising soon. Removal of stitches is tomorrow :)
  6. Hi All! I wish everyone is doing great. I had my VSG surgery done around 7 to 8 days ago and I transitioned into the full liquids stage. I had a few questions and I wish you guys can help and give me your feedback About me drinking so much liquids it’s been a lot (I think) just today I was able to drink a lot of miso soup (ate a couple of Tofus) and water and also my protein shake along with a milkshake of banana and another with berries. Milkshakes are all skimmed and everything I have is sugar free and so on. Am I drinking too much liquids, is that possible? I was able to sleep on my belly yesterday, is that okay? I had the urge to chew certain food and spit it out, I needed to let go of the sensation I was feeling and the urge to chew something. That’s wrong? How do I know if I have a leakage from my sleeve? I am really scared If I am drinking too much liquids, I don't think that is normal as many people are having issues. Specially in the first phase I need to know if I'm doing something wrong. If you also have any advice, please share

  8. It’s a soft food I guess. I’ll make sure I check. I’m glad I’m not consuming a lot of liquids as that is my main concern
  9. Week 3 I can have Pureed food, like super soft food and week 4 I can start solids The tofu wasn’t so solid? But it was wrong to consume
  10. I didn’t track anything so far honestly as it’s just liquids, the only thing I track is my protein shake as it’s 240 ml of water mix. The soup was a takeaway from a Japanese restaurant, I had 2 soups over the duration of an hour. I feel like I’m drinking a lot of water/liquids and not feeling full like I haven’t done the sleeve. When I ate yougurt, I couldn’t finish and felt immediately full, but that’s not the case with liquids
  11. They didn’t advice anything on eating tofus. I shouldn’t have done it. its good to hear that I’m not consuming a lot of liquid. Thanks! It it felt like I didn’t even sleeve from the quantity I was drinking
  12. My family did the same. What was good for my health was to do the surgery and I've done it. This was 8 days ago. Prior to that, I was praying a lot and asking for guidance and that God to facilitate me to the right way.
