    Started this journey on 06/06/18 w/ gastric sleeve surgery. Down about 110lbs from pre-op weight of 320lbs. Weight loss has started to slow down bit but still happening. Best decision I have ever made. Life changing. ❤️

    Hey all...I am 7 weeks post op and stuck! Scale has not moved in 2 weeks and I am measuring everything and keeping a food log. I hit protein goal almost everyday. Still doing a Premier Protein shake and an Oikos Greek daily. Calories never above 600. Does anyone have any advice to help jump start my weight loss/beat this stall?? SW-314 CW-264 GW-160
