Well day 1 of pre op diet was easy! I thought I had to have liquid only but the dietitian told me I'm fine to have tofu and low starch veggies instead yay! I can't drink the vlcd shakes as they are dairy based and I'm vegan. Had my pre op appointments yesterday and all is good to go ahead.
