Yes...its possible...You'll have good and bad days. The decision is ultimately up to you to decide on surgery. Regardless, every little step towards being healthier helps. Don't feel like your pushing it to want to be healthy...

  4. I have UHC. My plan uses Optum. I had to do a 6 month diet and a certain BMI . I had to use a COE. Optum will allow you to use prior month to count as the 6 months diet. I started in January and the surgeon submitted the paperwork a few weeks ago and I was approved within a week. I haven't scheduled the surgery yet. The process with very easy.
