  1. I feel like I'm struggling, but I don't know if that's just me being me, or if I'm actually struggling. lol. I'm down about 110 over all, 80 from surgery. I'm trying to look at it like losing 110 lbs in 9 months is UNHEARD of, that I'm doing well. My hair is still coming out a lot, but I'm happy with how much I'm able to do now. I can cross my legs in a chair!! I'm the weight I was when I was a Senior in High School!! I'M SMALLER THAN MY MOM!!! IDK, I guess I'm just not sure if I'm doing it right? Eh. Anyone else have doubts about themselves?
  2. @Starfish23 Thank you! My surgeon doesn't want us using patches, I'm not sure why. I asked when I went for my 3-month check up and my RD said we'll see how I do on full solid food before maybe advancing me to be able to swallow pills. Then I'd be able to change to the tablet ones and hopefully feel better. I feel like the taste is a lot of it. <3
  3. @sillykitty Thank you! I'll try those out, I never thought of using Pre-natal vitamins! As long as I don't feel sick I don't care how many tablets or pills I take. lol. I really appreciate it!
  4. Hi everyone! I was sleeved 03/14/18 and was just cleared for solid, normal food yesterday! I'm down 46 from surgery and 76 overall from December. I get really sick sometimes, they think there's scar tissue building on my incision line? Either way, as long as I progress and feel better it's all the same to me!
  5. Hi friends! My name is Jacqui, and I had surgery on 3/14/18. I was doing well with my vitamins until surgery. Now they make me terribly sick, sometimes to the point of throwing up. My doctor says to take them with yogurt, like crush them up in it, but I can't eat enough yogurt to get the whole multivitamin and I'm still sick afterward. Does anyone have experience with these? Or an alternative vitamin regimen? I would like to keep these ideally as they are the ones covered by my insurance. For reference, I take two multi in the morning, two calcium around 10 am, two more calcium around 4:30 pm and Iron around 7 or 8. The multi and the iron are the worst.
