It’s interesting to see the different requirements pre and post op from others. My surgeon had no pre op diet changes and strictly only clear liquids first 7 days after surgery Protein introduced day 8. Getting my mind ready for 10/15. Big changes coming 🙂

Going in for my pre op this week. Talking with surgeon and last meeting with nutritionist prior to the 10/15 big day. Hoping for the best results for everyone getting ready for their October surgeries. Nervous, excited, my two big worries are hair loss and dehydration. Love reading others experiences. Hoping it helps me be better prepared. 🙂

Hey. I am set for October 15. Been a big girl all my life and dealt with it. Health concerns are starting and weight loss had always been a huge struggle. Taking the time to do something for me. Praying for good outcomes. Nervous and excited.
