    Hey Harleymom, I live in TN and theres an Accredited Dr. hear that does the lapband here for $13000 that includes all expenses and 1 year of fills and xrays. If your having a problem with funding have you tried CareCredit? I've gotten a $12000 healthcare credit with them also CapitolOne Healthcare credit. The only requirment from Dr. Huerta is a psych eval. I hope this helps anyone out there that needs the surgery and cant get approved by their insurance. It did for me and now in a months time I will be banded. Amanda
