  1. Hi there. When I initially decided to lose weight I was 335. At my consult I was 318, my DOS I was 290. As of today I am 272 and I’m 2 weeks post op. I’ve been blessed to have a lot of support, I’ve also had to let go of a few relationships. Everyday is a new day and I. Trying to do better.
  2. I make my protein shake. I used fairlife milk which in our group some people who are lactose intolerant do well with because of the way it’s filtered I’m told, plus it has 13g of protein per serving, I use sugar free carnation breakfast essentials and whey protein powder and make a shake and it has 49g of protein. They also have unflavored protein I’ve seen that you could mix in other things to still get it in. I have a hard time drinking it all in
  3. Hey all. I’m brand new here and I just had a gastric sleeve May 4, 2018. To say my whole life has changed is an understatement. I figured my best bet was to seek out some support as I’m beginning to feel overwhelmed with the diet and everything. I’m looking around and trying to ask questions before I ask, I am looking forward to answering questions about anything. My process, my journey, what lead me here, anything is welcome. I’m just hoping to learn more and maybe find more tips and tricks that maybe helped some others along this journey. Thanks for listening.
