    Hi H no I’m all clear on the sleep apnoea, but now I’m going through something called a Tier 3 programme. This takes place at the hospital and involves an hour of education and then an hour of exercise, every other week until mid February. Sue

    Hi I’m in London and currently going through the NHS process to hopefully get a sleeve gastrectomy. Being investigated for sleep apnoea and my next appointment is in July
