I love water I buy myself all different kinds of bottled water they taste different. Deer Park is gross as is Evian and geyser

Yea I use those too all 3 sizes great for if you don’t want to wash dishes or so taking lunch you can toss them nothing to carry back home

I used those small 4 ounce square ones a lot for stuff like SF jello

Oster personal blender, one cup ziploc containers for meal prep, thermos cups for warm protein drinks, Stevia packets, Syntrax protein and Beneprotein

I use Syntrax unflavored and Beneprotein (they gave it to me in the hospital to add to our broth.) remember with hot drinks and soups protein can curdle so always add some cold to cool it, 2 ounces cold on top of 6 hot is pretty safe from keurig if boiling add more cold. I love that 20 dollar Oster you make it in the one bottle to use and easy cleanup.

You’re very welcome! The grape tea and fuzzy navel are delicious with cold water for after workouts and the strawberry kiwi makes yummy smoothies. I use the Oster personal blender.

Cappuccino latte and chocolate I use my Keurig to make a 6 ounce hot cup then add 2 ounces cold from fridge then scoop of protein and cinnamon yummy

Favorite protein by far still have a hot shake every morning for breakfast
