Wow that’s amazing!! Well done ? I had my surgery on the same day as you I think and I’ve only lost 30lb. I’ve stalled for the last 3 weeks which has been really irritating ? I’m sure it will come though! Best of luck!!

Bear in mind that Britain is completely different to the rest of Europe ? I recommend you find a shop called Holland and Barrett, they’re everywhere over here and do a great selection of protein bars and powders, as well as low carb meals and snacks. There’s at least one in pretty much every city so shouldn’t be hard to find one!

Hey! I am from England too and I had my surgery on the same day as you - congratulations! I’m not really getting any feedback either as long as i sip slowly so I think that’s pretty normal, or at least I hope so ?

How did everyone get on today? I woke up feeling the worst I have ever felt but it cleared within a couple of hours and now I feel fantastic ? hope you are all well!

Thank you everyone, it’s been quite disheartening the past couple of days to see my weight has gone up a little again but I guess weighing myself every day I am going to see slight changes. I do need to keep drinking water though, I often forget! Hope everyone has a great day ?

Hi all I am getting my sleeve done next Tuesday (29th) I’m very excited! ? I have been on the pre surgery diet for a week and a half now, I’m in the UK so I’m on a prescribed low carb, low fat diet (around 800 calories a day) I lost a fair amount of weight in the first week (13lb) but now it seems to be going back on. I am keeping to the diet religiously and am getting slightly worried I’m not going to lose any weight after I have the sleeve! Did anyone else not lose weight on the pre op either? Thanks! ?
