Seems too good to be true...just wondering if anyone here has actually made any money using it.

Any recommendations on good cookbooks after surgery. I am going to be done with the soft food diet in less than a week and I'm totally uninspired!!

My doctor recommends a low fat diet but I am interested in trying the keto diet. Anyone try keto? I understand that my new stomach might not respond well to high fat.... What is most commonly prescribed for pain after surgery? And how long was everyone on them? I'm asking because I'd really like to avoid taking opioids. Anyone use any alternatives in states where it's legal? If so what did you use and how didn you use it?

I work in an very low key office setting and planning to go back to work a week after surgery but I just found out my surgeon usually requires 3-4 weeks off work! How long did you guys take to go back to your office jobs? Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app

It seems like I have seen a bunch of people talk about their pre-op liquid diet. Is this something everyone has gone through? I have met with the nutritionist about the post-op diet but nothing has been mentioned about a pre-op diet. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
