  1. I was sleeved on March 26th. I am down 85 from surgery and a total of 105 since starting my journey. I work out a ton and have stalled since then but am seeing major changes in my body since working out so much. I am happy with my weight and am having a tummy tuck in May. Lots of loose skin on my belly. It’s in insurance now so I am praying I hear back soon that they will cover it. So proud of all us Marchers! It has been the best journey of my life and I am a totally different person than I was a year ago.
  2. Is anyone having issues with loose skin yet? I have been getting a rash in my stomach area from the weight loss. And I am wondering what is a good amount of time to look into a tummy tuck? I was sleeved on March 26th. Thanks!
  3. Hey! I had surgery on March 26th too. How are you doing? I am still struggling a bit on what to eat, when and getting all my water in. I am down a total of 35 pounds since my liquid diet but only about 12 since surgery. I am feeling like I should be down more. Just curious to see where someone else is on this same journey and date. I started exercising two weeks ago and now feel even more hungry. Any advice or help would be great.
  4. I only took a week and was ready to go back. But everyone is different.
  5. Hey! I let it run its course! I think it will go back to normal for you too.
  6. I have an IUD and didn’t have a period for seven months leading up to my surgery and then when I was on a liquid diet, the flood gates opened and I had it for almost three/four weeks. My body has now regulated and I am back to normal. But to be honest, I think your body is just going through so much change that it does not know what is going on. I would get it checked out but my body did eventually go back to normal.
  7. Hey! I actually feel great! Today is exactly three weeks since surgery. I am down a total of 35 pounds since me pre surgery diet. I have not lost anything in over a week. I think my body is trying to catch up. But psychically I feel amazing. Just mentally trying to figure out what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat and make sure I get my water in. It’s been hard, but still so happy I did it. how are you feeling?
  8. I was sleeved March 27th and I feel hungry All.the.time!!! Am I not eating enough or not drinking enough?!! I am still on soft foods but also started working out this week and feel like I need to figure out this new body! It’s hard.
  9. I had the sleeve on 3/27. HW was 289. Surgery weight was 269 and now three weeks after surgery, I am only down to 255. So although I have lost 35 pounds in total since my pre-op diet, I am at a stall and have been for two weeks. I am in the soft stage and have tried to get all my water in and eat the right foods, but have not lost any weight in a week. Anyone else have a stall this early on? It so frustrating! I don’t feel like I am eating too much and I am working out five days a week! Help!!
  10. Hello- I am about four weeks post op and am in a major stall. I have been going between the same two pounds and it sucks. I hope I am doing everything right but it does not feel like it because I would be loosing. I started the gym this week too so was hoping for better results. Any advice?
