    So August 1st will be 2 months since my sleeve surgery, it's been incredible! Has to be the easiest weight loss I've ever encountered. I started at 408 lb and I'm currently 330 lb. Problem I haven't budged from 330 in 2 weeks. So I guess this is my first plateau. Any suggestions on how to break through?

    Actually I was not told I had a fatty liver because for two months before I was on a low-carb diet. I was actually losing weight and everything look great even with my blood work. I've had some extra stress this past 2 weeks weeks. Just sent me over the edge. And as far as the surgery it's a gastric sleeve surgery. I spoke to my nutritionist this morning and she said just to continue on the eating plan and she would find out what the doctor what's next. I'm just wondering if fasting for the next three days would do it

    My surgery is Friday and I had a drinking binge last Saturday plus I ate burger patties because that's all I have left in my fridge Monday. Do you think if I were to just drink liquids for the next three days I should be okay?

    I hate to say it but I messed up on my pre-op last Saturday by drinking some alcohol. My surgery is Friday and I'm a little scared that my liver will not be shrunk up enough. Is it possible to just drink liquids for 3 days and have my liver small enough to do the surgery?
