So I did alot of research regarding mood changes like depression after sleeve. I am pretty sure I was already triple depressed and stressed. So if anything my mood has improved a bit. Can anyone relate.

I was sleeved on the 7th. My stomach still looks huge.i thought it would be smaller since a large sack was removed. Got on scale 2 pounds heavier. How ???? All in doing is broth

I must say my experience with this sleeve was 4 1/2 ⛤⛥⛦⛧⛤. Initial blood draw didn't hurt. Got iv first try. They were very attentive. My first day got my blood tests done. Ekg n chest xray. And got to eat a regular meal. The meal could have been better. But it's a hospital. I didn't expect a gourmet chef. Lol. They made sure I had no comfort. Any pain relief I felt they relieved it. Multiple doctors visited to ensure I was informed on my progress. My Bestie went with me now she is interested for herself

Day two post op. "Eating" my liquid diet. Full after 4 spoons of broth. Came with my best friend. Could not have done it without her.

Thanks lala! I'm in juarez, mexico Surgery went well so far. Moving eases my pain, sitting still increases it. I'm staying moving dancing in fall as I walk. The nurses scratching their head laughing. But I have to take a plan ride of 5 or 6 hours. So I gotta do the most to prevent blood clots.

Mine is June 7th. I have been doing low carb high protein mod fat diet. I was not required to do anything other than maintain carbs under 50 best I can for ten days. Today I will start liquid. And I think I will avoid coffee also. I had gained 10 pounds a month ago. Eating what I wanted. I have not had carb cravings like thought. I have lost probably 5 pounds n inches. Now I am nervous.

Has anyone tried the plastic surgery from Mexico. I would try it tummy tighten after my weight balanced if need be. I know the saying crawl before walking.

Planning ahead I bought a bottle of sugar free prostat. I will add it to some sugar free vitamin water and boom. I should be ok. Cause I haaaaTe broth

So I scheduled with belite read bad reviews cancelled. Found someone on here that barely gave me info. Scheduled with another dr. He has 3 or 4 names!! Can only find one review on him. I'm canceling and going to belite. They were the only ones patient enough to explain the process. Instead of rushing me off the phone. Any advice.
