  2. Lol done the same thing !!! In fact, my friend who had this done told me she did as well! I was really tired too of no caffeine and way less calories but it does get better. I also ordered bariatric vitamins ( multi, b12, and biotin). We can do this - only temporary !
  3. I had mine on 3/20 and I am still on liquids but now on graduated things like tomato soup and drinkable yogurt (more creamy low-fat soups). It is a little progress. I get to be on soft foods starting Tues so beyond excited. For me, it is hard but I would rather be safe and follow advice from my doctor than do what others may be doing. My doctor’s warning about my staple line was enough for me to follow his orders. A bit scary if you ask me.
  4. Omgosh!! I am counting the days until soft foods! I have 1 more week on liquid with my doctor! Congrats on getting to next stage !!! Easter about killed me making a huge dinner for family, but I pushed thru and had my soup [emoji24]. No turning back now!
  5. My mouth is watering , can’t wait to eat real food again!!!! Looks yummy!
  6. To not have total anxiety if someone want to take photo , more to buy at Victoria’s secret, avoiding social things of people I used to know when skinny, clothes shopping for fitted and not everything loose and flowing, wearing heels, and feeling confident! [emoji41]?
  7. Good to know! Thank you for your reply! [emoji6]
  8. I was dropping 1 to 2 lbs everyday and then been same last 4 days is this normal ? I am still on liquid diet so thought I would see change daily?!?! Frustrated! Any thoughts ?

  11. Pain gets better every day. Hang in there and good luck! I had 2 friends who did this before me with amazing results, but I believe we all handle differently so I am taking 1 day at a time [emoji4]

  16. Yeah same here as I thought too much sugar. Thanks for the soup idea sounds good about now. I have been so consumed on how to get in liquid/protein with premier protein drink and shakes that I have not tried much else. It is harder than I thought for sure.
  17. I have not done puréed soup or fruit smoothie as I am just not sure I should be having on day 5 after surgery. Bit afraid :-(
  18. My list for day 3 thru 7 consists of: three protein shakes (not sure how this is possible) , 2 other items including V8 juice, skim milk, fruit smoothies, puréed soup- all food must pass thru fine mesh strainer if too thick, don’t risk it, avoid high sugar fruit juices. Honestly my list is so vague to me. This is my first rodeo with WLS and I have been constantly searching for more info on what I can have on detail. Ugh.
  19. I had sleeve same day and my doctor did not even put pudding on my list so I am jealous !!!
