  2. Thanks guys for the advise. Each of u are right and gave good direction. Yeah 5’9 has always been what I was at but Dr had me at 5’8. Big deal right, ( wife took that as shrinking ?) I was a big guy ( muscle and bulky until like the age of 42-45 then BAAM. The hunching ( i believe ) is because of back pain I’ve had for the last couple months under/between my shoulder blades. I’ve done every test/lab possible with no neg results. I’m going to start back at the gym and stop walking a lot ( I’m up to 8 miles a day, Mostly in the teens and 20’s when I get all butthurt about the crap shes laying on me, ( last night was consintration camp survivor comment) so again because of ur thoughts and direction I’ll change course. Thank you so much

  11. Hello---so I'm 5 weeks out. For the last two days everything I eat or drink gives me cramps. Even the smallest portion of yogurt or a protein drink makes me feel sick. The pain is in my lower torso area so I know it's not my stomach. Anyone have any past experiences or know what's up. thanks

  16. Thank you----nope I'm done with coconut ? So back to clear liquids ----I'm not sure how I'll get my protein in. The thought of anything right now scares me.
  17. This is new to me. I'm 5 weeks out. Yesterday I ate a few bites of raw coconut. It didnt have an immediate affect so I thought it was fine. An hour later I had 5, yes five wheat thins. And one ounce of chicken. About an hour later I was down and out. I thought I may be going through 'dumping'. Nope for the next 7 hours I vomited the foamys, thought my chest was going to explode, had pain in my back right below the shoulder blades and couldn't lay down. I tried small sips of water, an antacid, and a pain pill . I finally vomited what looked like the coconut but it was dark in color-- tmi? Sorry. I was really starting to worry. Just now after 8 hours can I almost lay down and don't have as severe pain as I did. WTH! Is this going to be a normal addition to what I'm already dealing with?
