It depends on your dr!!! My one dr was so wonderful and made my height 5’6 when I’m really 5’7 and that made my BMI higher so I qualify.. but now with my other dr he is going by 5’7 and told me that my BMI is 40.7 and not to lose anymore weight or they won’t cover surgery bc I’ll be under BMI.

I picked May 30th than they sent insurance in than I got approved and went back to drs to get it changed sooner all they had was may14 so chose that instead of 30th. My drs suck and the lady was like they not going to approve it bc my 6 month weigh in was at primary drs but they approved it

May 14th! For me was praying for April since I’m approved and all done with everything. But surgery is on a Monday plan on going back Saturday I do nursing but have other girls who will lift for me so I can do the cooking and other stuff in meantime!

I have may 14 it was may 30th but I have no patience’s and asked for something sooner and that’s all they had! I feel like it’s so far ahead! My insurance is approved also and all testing is done is that a normal time wait for surgery? Plus now I’m told not to lose anymore weight BMI is 40.1 it was 44 but I been going to the gym. I’m feeling stressed and like may will never come

With me during the 6 month process (I finished the process but now im switching surgery date from May to sooner) I ate fine all 6 months it’s now that I’m having problems eating everything in sight bc of the fear that I won’t be able to enjoy everything after surgery

April 16! Those drs who I’m happy with but staff suck tried to make it for may 30th bc they said my insurance wouldn’t approve my 6 months weigh in keep in mind I had over 4 years in weigh ins bc that’s how long I been waiting!!! Office was suprised!

Got it yesterday approved!!!

I have uhc and online it says case number###### that status is anticipation admission anyone ever get that than approved??? Been waiting for this surgery for over 4 years!!!!!! If approved surgery is April 16!!!!!

U have to go to full site if u have uhc

My mistake I thought u had uhc bc that u go under prior authorization and it shows it
