  1. Hello! My name is Heather and my surgery date is 4/20, yay! I am a little lotta nervous, but have been wondering about vitamins. At my last appointment, the doctor told me I needed to start taking them. I am fine with taking all the vitamins I need now (B12, Vitamin D, etc), but how does everyone take their vitamins after surgery? A friend told me that she uses patches, does anyone else do this? If so, where do you buy them from?
