So I'm scheduled for VSG on April 25th. I am a mess of emotions right now! I have gone from extremely excited to nervous wreck, and right now I seem to be the latter. It may have something to do with me reading other's post-op horror stories? One part of me is having second thoughts and the other part of me is saying I have fought too hard to even get to this point! Anyone else felt like this leading up to the day??? I am scheduled for surgery on April 25th! My Dr requires a 1 week pre-op diet so I start mine on the 18th, but this week I'm trying to slowly change my diet so that I don't go into shock next week lol. Good luck to you on your new journey! Good luck on your journey!! I had my consultation on 12/1/17 and I have been scheduled for Gastric Sleeve surgery on April 25th, so that gives you an idea of how long the process is. If I can give any advice it would be to not give up! The process can be both frustrating and stressful especially dealing with insurance companies, but it's such a relief once you get that final approval!
