  1. I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about. Just need to talk to your doctor about it. That’s what I’m going to do as well.

  3. Hi Guys! That’s why I’m on the forum today to see if anybody else are getting those cramps. I’m 7months in, and sometimes it just hits me, either at the stomach level or belly button. Stays for about 5 to 20 mins and then goes away. And always at different times too, sometimes after I eat, other times no... so strange. Did you get any answers to your question concerning it? 4. Same same here!! I’m finding it super hard. Energy is low. Feeling very cranky and crappy even on day 5! But trying to remind myself that it’s just my body detoxing! Can’t wait to feel better!! I am reading through out the forum pre-opt and seemed very normal, and seemed to be a light at the end of this tunnel ... so one day at a time, one shake at a time, it will get better
  5. Congrats!!! I’m on May 14 as well for my RNY bypass in Montreal [emoji4]!! Day 5 of my liquid diet. It’s not easy but staying strong [emoji123][emoji4]
  6. Hey Allison!! I’m having my surgery, a RNY, in Montreal on May14. Super nervous and super excited as well . I’m on day 5 of my liquid diet, and I’m finding it very hard... but staying strong. [emoji123]

  10. I’ve been reading everything I can put my hands on for a bypass and a sleeve. But I still have a hard time choosing between the two. Any recommendations? Any way?
