I found bariartic Pal through google searching. I got my surgery in 2/2016. I didn't have the best experience as far as the hospital stay. My mom doesn't do well in surgery either. I just took a little bit longer than regular to get out of the hospital, walk around and such things. I did drop a lot of weight instantly, didn't have to take diabetes medicine anymore. It was great. I didn't enjoy the liquid part, it was really hard to see my family eating regular food. It also did make it that much better when I actually got eat later on. I dropped from 271 at surgery to a whopping 215, then met a man and decided i can eat how i want (wrong). I started gaining weight back little by little and then decided i am stopping this now before i get to my regular weight again. I now am on another weight loss journey as we speak. I did do a pouch reset in the begging of 1/2019 and so far have lost 16 lbs. and now am back eating right it is not easy. Like they tell you it is a whole life style change and you have to be ready. Good luck to everyone on here.
