    Hello [emoji1309] what should I bring w/ me to hospital? Will b staying overnight. What was helpful to you on your stay? I'm thinking of getting a binder, sounds right up my alley, I guess I'll ask hospital if they give one if not I'll invest in one. Protein, which best to get, I think I'll get an unflavored so I can add to stuff. I've heard of genepro & un-something? Sorry I'm all over the place here! I hope I'm posting this correctly ?‍♀️Surgery day 4/12/18 I'm 241lbs
