I'll be in the same boat as you by the end of this month. All my stuff should be submitted in the beginning of June. I have my very last appointment May 31st. Hang in there. Mine should be st the end of August. That's what I want anyway.

I heard you can lose your teeth or have really bad dental issues after wls.. Has anyone had this problem?

I am 5'4 242lbs and should be sleeved in September. My goal/ideal weight is 132. I cannot wait for September!!

My therapist is awesome. I see her for other issues and she read me the questions and we answered them together lol. Thank God that's over. Almost done all my pre op testing! September should be my surgery month!

The surgery won't change your thinking... It won't change your cravings. You'll still want the same unhealthy foods.. But you have to change your ways of eating. Get a job or a hobby so you're not sitting at home bored. The only one that can help you is you.

I did call and she said it didn't say.. Ugh! So frustrating. So I Googled it trying to see if someone else had keystone first and what they had to say.. I found something from 2011 saying that they didn't have one at all.. Who the hell knows. I'll have to ask to speak with a manager or something. It's so frustrating that noone can just give me a straight answer.. Even the people that work there.

We avoid carnivals. We go to one while on vacation but there's always so many people with us so he can still have fun. It's sad when you can't enjoy those moments with your child.

I cannot wait to fit on carnival rides with my son. I took him one time to a carnival and was able to fit. Then I quit smoking at gained a lot of weight and now have to have other people take him..

Ugghhh I'm pretty much done everything. I have my first nutrition class this week and I only need 2 more after that. I'm so irritated right now.

I got a paper from my surgeons office saying according to my insurance I need 3 months of medically managed weight loss program but the insurance website says 6 months... So I called my insurance and she said it doesn't say for how long. Sweet baby Jesus someone help me here lol. I'm so frustrated. I thought this whole time I could have my surgery by June come to find out it could be in September... Anyone else have this problem?

For my insurance to pay for vsg, I need two years of documented weight.. I don't have two years. I have almost one year and I have from 2008 I was obese but not severely obese. Did anyone have this problem? Will the insurance company take weight from 2008? Ugh. I'm almost done my preop tests and classes too.

Well that was a poor choice and if you keep making decisions like that, you will stretch your new stomach and everything you went through will be for absolutely nothing. You can do better. Be better. You got this!

Omg I just did my sleep study last night. Worst thing ever. I was up damn near all night. She said I did sleep enough to get a good reading but I was hooked up to all different wires and had a finger thing on and something up my nose.. It was horrible. I've been up since 4am. I'm exhausted. I cannot wait to sleep tonight. I wish they would've let me do it at home. They had wires stuck to my head... Ugh lol

What if you need a form filled out? How would you go about that?

Thanks. I read the form my Dr. Wants filled out. Its basic questions but idk what the psychologist will ask and how long they'll take. Ugh lol. I hate talking to people about personal stuff.

Yay!! Congrats on taking the first steps to being a happier and healthier you! I am almost done all my testing. I have three classes to do and I can submit to the insurance for approval [emoji16] I am also going to do the sleeve.
