  2. I need help, I am 7 months postop and i have been at a stall for 2 months, it is so frustrating i am drinking lots of water and working out. I feel like my body won’t let it go. Has any one tried any quick fixes like lemon and water with chia seeds or a juice cleanse?
  3. As far as PE’s go, you are a nurse and you know how to prevent them.
  4. I am also a nurse in the ICU and I have taken care of several patients who had the sleeve, and as you could guess if they are in the ICU they are not doing well. This scared me alot but my surgeon reassured me and he had excellent references and everything went great, i did however have the surgery at another hospital. Also keep in mind that most of the ones who come into the hospital after surgery are the ones who were non-compliant and caused injury to themselves. You will be fine.

  7. On my way to the hospital now, so nervous my daughter and I are both having surgery an hour apart. Please send us your prayers.
  8. I am grateful for your services, I am a very spiritual person and pray frequently, I would also ask that you pray for me. My name is Desiree and my daughter is Morgan, we are having surgery on the same day and we could you all the prayers we can get for a successful surgery without complications. Peace, love and blessings to all.
  9. I don’t mean to be a “Debbie Downer” but can I say that I am tired of logging on and hearing about cheating and going back to eating whatever you want, I haven’t even had surgery yet and I already feel like a failure when I read posts like this. I love hearing inspiring stories and how people have overcome their demons, is there a thread like that ?
