  1. Hello everyone. My name is Iza, i had my sleeve surgery done March 14,2018. Back then my weight was 166 lbs. and could never loose a few pounds without gaining a few extras every time I did diet and exercise so I decided to get surgery. At first i felt great! I was loosing pounds and when i reached 130 I loved my body. However here I am a year and 6 months after and still loosing pounds something that I don’t want anymore 😩. My skin looks dry and I’m getting way too skinny now I’m a size 2 gaining 115. How can I stop from loosing weight and actually start gaining a little. I get full really easily when I eat and I’m some occasions make me feel nauseous if I push myself into eating.
  2. Thank you I really appreciate everyone’s comments. I will definitely try this.
  3. Thank you I will switch to ensure and try to eat as much food as I can.
  4. I’m honestly way too thin. Are shakes okay if I can’t take too much food ?
  5. Honestly I stoped taking the multivitamins for for 6 months. Just statutes again 4 days ago. I can’t take in too much food because only the smell makes me sick. I was probably at 1000 calories a day. These last 4 days I’m trying to eat at least 2000 calories but it’s hard. I’m drinking 2- 11oz. premium shakes that protein not sure if this will help with gaining weight.
  6. I am 5’1 . I was 166 lbs. when I went into surgery. Sorry I just noticed I put kilos I tried to change it to lbs. but I couldn’t make changes.

    Any March 2018 Sleevers?

Just got mine done March 14th. The first day was terrible with lots of nausea but after I felt great. As of yesterday March 16th I’ve been drinking clear liquids and clear jello and i feel great.
  13. I’ve been looking into this for a while and finally decided to have it done. Not sure of what to expect after (the first few days) is it too much pain ? I’m excited but also nervous about pain afterwards.
  14. Finally had my surgery done on 3/14. I went in with a weight of 166 lbs (approximately 75 kilos). Surgery wasn’t so bad. After surgery I had a lot and I mean a lot of nauseas. No pain at all . I wasn’t able to eat or eat anything at all for that day. day 1 after surgery- nauseas where going away. I started drinking water and clear liquids only little by little. Day 2 - nauseas gone ! Yay 😁.. drinking clear liquids and clear sugar free jello.
