  1. Ok it’s time to end this thread. Leave us with this thought. I’m glad so many of us are passionate about our beliefs. Fools dispise wisdom and instruction. Take what you need from this thread and ask for wisdom to understand what is relevant to you and what isn’t. Go Eagles. :)

  12. And you know eating isn’t satisfying anymore. It’s so weird. But it’s a good change not to use food as an emotional crutch anymore. I made this great dinner tonight skinless chicken breast with a homemade shake and bake and steamed green bean and mashed potatoes and a chicken gravy. So good right and then 3-4 bites and I was done. Tasted good the first bite then ehh. Has anyone experienced this too?

  16. Sugar in any form has been found to be linked to cancer returning in previously treated patients. So. You might want to check out articles from the Mayo Clinic. FYI
  17. Omg. So if I’m high Protein but eating around 65 grams a day protein and you are high carbs but still eating 60 grams of protein a day then what is the problem??????
  18. I do low sodium V8 it’s good but a add a pinch of sea salt and pepper. I’m 40 days out from surgery and can’t have veggies until next week. I want a salad so bad and my raw veggie salad I make for my husband with black beans but I know I have to do the well cooked veggies first. It’s all good.
  19. So good a little gold or bronze helps with a ruddy completion. Too many people go ashy and it makes you’re skin more red. I’m a redhead as well 3 generations of every shade of red you can imagine. Enjoy getting your colors done.
  20. Ellie you are amazing. Wow what you went through. Have an great flight and sip sip sip. ?
